The NET Lab has two Ph.D. open positions starting from Fall 2017 for self-motivated students who are interested in nanomaterials, nanoelectronics, and nanotechnology. Candidates should own a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Electrical Engineering, and related fields. The candidate evaluation will begin immediately and will continue until the positions are filled. For interested candidates, please contact Dr. Fei Yao via email: feiyao@buffalo.edu.

 

The group also welcomes visitors, self-funded graduate and undergraduate students to participate in research activities to complete the dissertation.

Dr. Fei Yao joined the Department of Materials Design and Innovation, University at Buffalo as a Research Assistant Professor from January 2017. She leads the NET Lab with a focus on low-dimensional materials and their sustainable energy applications.
